Can I use PlanPlus™ Online on my iPad or other mobile device?

Yes. PlanPlus™ Online is available from any mobile device with a web-browser, and looks and works great in Safari. As of right now, we do not have an app for the iPad. However, we do have apps for iPhone, Android, and Blackberry.

Can I get PlanPlus on my [mobile device]?

PlanPlus is always accessible through your web browser, regardless of device. We do not have apps for all devices.

Is there an app?

Yes. We have an app for iPhone, Android, and Blackberry, available for free with a subscription.

What is the app like/what does it do?

The app allows you to access all your PlanPlus™ Online planning materials including tasks, calendar, contacts and projects. If you have the Sales or Business edition, you will also be able to access organizations, leads, and opportunities.

What is the price?/ How much is it per user?

There are four different editions of PlanPlus™ Online: Planner, Sales, Business, and Premium (to view the differences, see above). The Planner edition is $14.95/month or $149 annually. Sales is $24.95/month or $249 annually, and the Business edition is $59.95/month or $600 annually. All the prices on our site are PER USER. For the Real Estate edition, please contact sales for pricing.

How do I know which edition I need?

It depends on what you want to do. Take a look at our comparison chart to decide which edition will suit your needs. In general, we say this: The Planner edition has all the familiar FranklinCovey planning features: roles, goals, mission statement, calendaring, task prioritization, and project and contact management. The Sales edition has all those planning features with added sales processes, but does not have project management. The Business edition includes all the planning features, project management, lead management, and email marketing capabilities. The Premium edition includes everything the Business edition has, plus support case management. The best way to choose an edition is to decide what you plan to do with it, or what you want it to be able to do, and then choose an edition from there.

Is PlanPlus™ Online like my FranklinCovey planner?

Yes. It will look different because of its online interface, but it has all the same features. You will have goals, roles, mission statement, task prioritization, calendaring, and daily notes.

Where can I see a demo/get a trial?

You may sign up for a trial here. Please note that there is NOT a free trial of the PLANNER edition. To request a demo, please contact the sales department. You may also view the short videos on our YouTube page for demos of specific features.

Refund policy and cancellation policy

You may cancel your account at any time. To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel within two days of purchase or the transaction going through. We cannot refund customers for failure to familiarize themselves with or ignorance of this policy. You may view this policy here.

How do I cancel my account?

You may cancel your own account by going to Account >License Billing >Cancel My Subscription. You may also contact support to have your account cancelled by creating a ticket.

Where can I find instructions on how to use PlanPlus™ Online?

We have several options for training and instruction. The most useful can be found within your own account by going to the “Help & Training” link in the upper right hand corner of your application above the date

Who do I contact for billing?

If you have questions about billing, including renewing your account, you will need to submit a ticket to our billing department. You may create a ticket here.
